Great management team!
Moe the Maintenance man is fantastic! Our water heater was acting funky the night before and the next day Moe came and had it all fixed within 20min! Amazing! Thank you Moe really! And Homeplace Apartments!
I have been here since April and I love it. The staff is really great. I messaged them after midnight for a repair and they called me the next morning by 9! Moe, the maintenance supervisor was here by 10am! Very helpful and knowledgeable. That is amazing! Quiet community and everyone that lives here is very polite. I love it.
Under new management for about 7 months now! My name is Moe the maintenance supervisor for the property. If you’re looking for somewhere to call home, this is the place! Very calm and tight knit community and my Maintenace team will be here for yall rain or shine!
