I went to a foot doctor & he did a mouth swab , for a bone spur ? Not long after , got a letter from this place saying my insurance probably wouldn't pay . The insurance wouldn't pay , saying it's not an industry recognized or necessary treatment . I never even received the results of this mystery test , a year later . No doubt it's a scam . The bill to the insurance was $3000 , now , a year later , they'll settle for $791 from me .AVOID THIS PLACE !
THIS IS A SCAM. Getting billed through a collection agency, but have never done business with them. This is a SCAM.
This place must be doing some type of fraudulent business. They sent me a bill for me & husband in the amount of $3000.00 a piece. We have no idea who or what type of service was perform. I've tried several times to speak with someone and was told that they were not who was requesting payment but keep sending a bill with only a fax number to send insurance info to!
