Home performance group LLC Has taken excellent care of us in dealing with the removal/replacement of our split system heat pump. Everyone from office personnel I've dealt with on the telephone, to all the service experts in our home have been nothing but professional and courteous.Highly recommend!

We called them concerning a broken dishwasher in July. We paid $100 for them to come out and look at our dishwasher.. They have never been back. They say the parts are on order. We continue to call them at least 10 times and there has been no resolution.They are not reaching out to us. I want to warn people not to use them.

We had a problem with a noisy dryer. ***** came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and took care of it quickly. He was friendly, professional and very courteous. We will definitely use HPG again!We also like to support a veteran owned business any time we can!*****************
ASK FOR ******! ****** is incredible. He began by asking me if I'd like him to wear a mask and sharing his vaccination status with me so that I'd feel safe to invite him into my home. He was fast and very efficient in the work he performed. It was a pleasure working with *****, a very good customer service representative that ********************** has instilled with their people.
