Sam stopped by after noticing we had storm damage and left his card. I reached out, and he came out right away. We had already been dealing with another company that unfortunately didn’t follow through. Sam promised he would do everything he could to help us get our roof approved, and he truly did. Home Perfect Exteriors recently completed a roof replacement on my rental property in O'Fallon, Missouri, and they did a wonderful job. Throughout the entire project, they were extremely communicative and kept me completely up to date with everything that was going on. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust to manage a property when you aren't on site, but they made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!

After a big storm in the spring, places on our home were damaged including our roof, siding and more. Home Perfect did all of the repairs except our window screens, which we did on our own. We weren’t able to put our upper floor screens back in because we didn’t have a tall ladder. Home Perfect was kind enough to do this for us, sending out a very helpful gentleman to do the work. We were very appreciative that they were willing to tend to this task for us and with such a positive attitude.
