Horrible experience. We hired Home Perfect Exteriors for minor storm damage repairs. For almost two months, they’ve been nearly impossible to reach, often taking weeks to respond, and sometimes not showing up after saying they would. Their lack of follow-through is holding up a condo closing and has been really frustrating.

I really enjoyed working with HPE. I needed my roof and gutters replaced. Nik showed up quickly to go over all the details. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was in communication with the insurance company throughout the whole process. After the job was done, everything was cleaned up and tidy. This is a very reputable company who does good business. If I ever need any type of similar work done, I will be counting them. High reviews speak for themselves

Home perfect exteriors helped me replace my roof last year. The sales reps were very nice and promised that they would take care of the interior water damage with everything covered by the insurance company except for the deductible. Once the insurance payment paper is back, they asked me to sign an "authorization agreement" which did not detail the specific contract price or scope of work. I highly recommend Home Perfect Exteriors with the quick response after the March 2025 storms. Jeff was awesome in explaining everything and helped with the Insurance process. He had a team out immediately to cover my skylights. The whole job was professional and they cleaned up well. I referred them to friends and family and everyone is satisfied. Great Job Team!!!
