Jared was awesome to work with and very helpful! We had a small repair needed on some facia and they treated like it was a very important job. Highly recommend!
Alex is just awesome, he made sure every little problem was mentioned and documented to me with photos, he went over everything with me while we were on my roof. He pointed out the problems and made sure he fixed them correctly not only for his liability purpose but for his customers peace of mind. Horrible communication Unprofessional managers Property damaged Job incomplete with multiple trips to correct mistakes. Nails not removed from job site Supplies left on site for weeks Bait and switch different pricing after told there would be no possible change in price from original invoice Gutter guard reinstalled improperly This experience was a nightmare avoid the headache and choose anyone else.
Horrible experience. We hired Home Perfect Exteriors for minor storm damage repairs. For almost two months, they’ve been nearly impossible to reach, often taking weeks to respond, and sometimes not showing up after saying they would. Their lack of follow-through is holding up a condo closing and has been really frustrating.
I really enjoyed working with HPE. I needed my roof and gutters replaced. Nik showed up quickly to go over all the details. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was in communication with the insurance company throughout the whole process. After the job was done, everything was cleaned up and tidy. This is a very reputable company who does good business. If I ever need any type of similar work done, I will be counting them. High reviews speak for themselves
