John Collins and the Home Perfect Solutions team were amazing handling a difficult roofing and decking situation on my home. I spoke to many contractors and their team were the clear experts that handled the situation correctly. John and the rest of the team worked with me on a plan and communicated well throughout. Highly recommend Home Perfect Exteriors.
John and team did a fantastic job with our house in Fenton after our roof was pelted with hail. They worked with the insurance company all the way, making the process extremely easy for us throughout.
Weston was a pleasure to work with, took his time to explain how the process worked. Everyone I talked to in the company went out of their way to accommodate me. Kudos to all.
My experience with Home Perfect Exteriors was top notch. Paul Tedford was my go to person and helped with any questions I had. He went as far as helping me pick out the color of the shingles he thought would look nice with my brick home. He always returned my phone calls ASAP and checked in with me after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the work. 5 star company with a 5 star employee.
Very slow and dodgy on claims. The Certainteed shingles they put on are failing after only 3 years... still waiting 9 months later for the replacement.
