Under new management, always short staffed, packages get stolen off property, people walk around barefoot. They don't deal with heat emergencies and will continuously raise rent on you even though they do nothing to keep the place up. Homeless people hangout in the mailroom and they are still "finding a solution." Some units get new things and others don't, and when you tell them they just say they'll push the work order to the front and never deal with it. I love my apartment! Definitely will re-rent until I'm ready to own my own property
I stayed at one of their vacation rentals and had an amazing time! The property was very clean and well maintained.
UPDATE: A few hours after leaving this review I was contacted by Lisa. On behalf of the company, she sincerely apologized, took full responsibility, and then went above and beyond to find us a rental. We texted everyday for about a week (she even texted me on weekends with property updates). We talked on the phone numerous times. She drove to several properties in several locations to take pics of properties that were not yet on market but that would be soon. She really was the sweetest person ever. ugh. I have had nothing but great experiences renting from Home Path Property Management. The staff is helpful and responsive. This is my second property I have rented from them, and I would certainly consider renting from them again when it comes time for me to upgrade again!
