Ridiculous Company!! Horrible Communication. They don’t allow walk throughs or tours until you have a pre approved application. They charge you $20 for the application and then you go weeks and weeks and weeks without hearing back. All for them to call you after you signed a lease elsewhere. What makes you think it’s okay to charge $20 a person for application fees when you state they will be contacted back in 2-3 business days all to not reach out for over a month. Other units may be fine but stay far far away from 501 Wisconsin Ave in Waukesha. There is no on site property management. No cameras, so when your packages get stolen you’re shit out of luck.
