Great salesperson and technician, but my billing has been incorrect for months and all I get are false promises a manager will call. They even got a new manager I have yet to hear from. Call me so I can edit this review. Have to start looking at other pest control companies before my next service. Edit: still waiting over a month for a seperate unresolved issue. Nothing but clowns at this place that blow smoke and drop the ball.

I used them for 3 years. They got their schedule mixed up and came when they shouldn’t and charged me when they should not have. After having 2 managers say I would receive a refund the money never came. Our tech was great but I won’t do business with a company that basically stole my money. I don’t recommend them because their customer service is non existent. The only nice person I dealt with was the lady that canceled my service.

Signed up for 4 (quarterly) pest control service visits. First visit they gave me a 2 hour window. I took the day off, came back from the grocery store about 5 minutes before the beginning of my 2 hour window to find a tag on my door “sorry we missed you” and that they only sprayed the outside because I wasnt home. I called, upset because I had taken the day off work, was home for the 2 hour window and didnt even get a spray inside. They re ok except for the automated scheduling.It really can be a nuisance.
