Our house has been protected by Home Paramount for about 20 years. We recently moved halfway through their annual billing cycle and wanted to transfer their service to our new home. Unfortunately, they don't service that area. So, we requested a refund for the unused portion of our bill, which they refused to do as they stated it was an annual bill.
