Difficult to book and often scattered communications paired with sometimes repeated use of employees that just don’t care— Cannot overshadow how amazing Noah has been. The techs are great. Very knowledgeable. Especially Cheryl she answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
The team was friendly and quick to resolve my pest issues.
i've used Home Paramount in Hagerstown for many years and have always been pleased with their service. Cody has been helpful in management of my needs when I have had issues with ants in the house which is rare. He and the rest of staff are courteous and know the trouble spots in a home. They respond quickly to my concerns when I call with sudden problems, such as ants or yellowjackets.
