The actual workers are just doing their job, they are great. The BILLING and SALES are the absolute WORST!!!! They are supposed to call me in advance because I have dogs, they have left the gate open in the past, so I always require a call ahead. They NEVER do, they spray and treat, and I am billed. I like to skip months sometimes if I do not need anything, and they come and do it anyway. MY CC is now expired, tied to the account, and I asked them to STOP coming and spraying.
