Before he comes he calls to say he is on his way, which is nice. He is also very courteous and thorough. He also asked what type of bugs I am having problems with.
Cheryl is knowledgible and always helpful. The quality of service is always there.
We have been very happy with our experience with Home Paramount. Brad has been great to work with - he is professional and polite. I would definitely recommend!
Professional service, Cheryl kind and courteous
They are thieves. The branch manager Brandon called me when he saw the feedback I wrote and ensured me that I was scheduled. They never showed up and when I called the office, I had to go through a lot to get him on the phone. Brandon the branch manager told me that he will call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks now, NO CALL, NO SHOW. They collected the money and I still have the same issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
