Had a great service by Antonio (A.Reed) he helped me get rid of pest in a timely and complete manner. I’ll definitely be back to get there services in the future
Below average customer service and strange staff behavior. One time, when I asked for a quote, one of the employees tried to get me to sign paperwork for a job even though I had only requested a quote. He made no effort to explain what he was doing, the pricing, or any details. This was for a $9k job, and it felt like he was trying to sneak in a signature. Jacob's attention to detail is exceptional. I would love to have him as my primary tech anyday
This company has been to my apartment complex multiple times and essentially treats the rooms with water. The building has had roach, fly, and mice infestations, and their treatment has been completely and utterly useless.
The techs are very good they are great in details and tend to our dining hall needs thanks you guys
