Recently alot of issues with billing. I get final deman notice with no prior notice or date on it. Then when you call in they already have my card on file from the last time this happenef and i have to pay your late fees even though 8 out of 10 would not follow my request to just call a few minutes ahead so service inside could be done(condo building). No service has even been complete due to that last billing cycle now this. Unacceptable.
Had a great experience with this company. We hade Yellowjackets building a nest under the siding of our house and making it inside to different parts of the house. The techs were able to seal up where the Yellowjackets were coming in and treat the area. The indoor YJ’s died fairly quickly after the treatment. Outdoor ones took another treatment which was scheduled fast and handled well. So far no more outside bees, inside ones continue to die.
Following a significant bee infestation at my residence, I am exceedingly impressed by the swift response from Home Paramount and the exceptional customer service provided by Jarrell and Jacob earlier today. Both technicians demonstrated remarkable helpfulness in alleviating my distress after multiple hives had occupied the front of my home.
