They don't care about your time at all. I hired them to get rid of a mouse problem. After the initial treatment I needed a follow-up. On multiple occasions a tech would show up that couldn't do anything. On a few occasions we would set an appointment and they wouldn't show up. I even had an assurance from a branch manager once that I ended having to call when they didn't show. Service time windows are meaningless. They do not care. It was a waste of $700.
Got these guys to help me with a mouse problem and the "Manager" Isaiah told me that he'd be able to help by treating the attic and seal off entry points so we could isolate them into certain areas and catch them with traps. Fast-forward almost a complete year and this guy hasn't caught a single mouse and its a complete waste of money. 0 star if I can. They failed to show up at a scheduled time 3 times in a row in the same week. I am a returning customer who did not renew for 2 years because of multiple no shows and unprofessional work ethic. I decided to try again with the new management in place now. The same behavior coming back again. I have been told a delinquent customer 10 days after signing the contract. Avoid D’ondre and Isiah!!!
Always no show. Stay away very difficult to work with.
