Your person appeared - did not ring the door bell or knock. I went outside and mentioned some issues inside. He said they are concentrating on the outside today. I mentioned issues raised last time with the guy that came last month. He came inside and looked in basement. Saw lots of insects on floor but did nothing. He just said they are coming in from outside. Hardly helpful.
Consistantly do not show when scheduled. Lie about coming.
On time, respected our home, professional.
Isiah was personable, professional, and prompt. His initial visit was Saturday; he returned today Monday for further work, and will be by again tomorrow. It's all we could hope for in a pest management service provider. However, it was an expensive venture.
