Team arrived on time. The Service Manager, Dwight, lead the team doing attic work on a summer day. Dryer vent ducting, installed by the builder wasn't installed properly to the roof cap vent. Also the insulation wrap around the duct had unraveled. Dwight, having done this repair work previously, did the repair of the ducting.
