Be very careful if you use this company to replace your home insulation! 1 year ago, we signed a contract to have them remove and replace the insulation under our home. We had R38 under the home just as we had in attic and walls, that was verified by one of the VP's, what they put under our home was something in a plastic bag and at a astonishingly reduce R value, (R19). Horrible experience! Find a small business who cares about their reputation. My grand parents found snakes in the house so I called and scheduled an appointment for them to inspect and tell us what we need to do. They never came out. I did this 3 times and they never came out. I wanted them to do the work because my grand parents have been client of theirs for almost 6 years, coming out to spray every other month. I had to find someone else to do the work.

My husband and I have been Home Paramount Pest Control customers for the past 15 or more years. Unfortunately, their service level and competency has declined at an alarming rate in the past 2 to 3 years. We have our home and a cabin across the road that Home Paramount serviced quarterly. However, we found that in the past 3 years, even if I called and requested that they come inside to spray or treat for crickets, water bugs or other seasonal pests, they would not show up, not come inside or not have the chemicals on the tr... read more

Darren is the second tech that came for our bee problem. He was professional and assured me he would get them. Even though he is allergic to Bee's he was persistent. So far things are looking good.
