I highly recommend avoiding Home Paradise Pools and the owner, David Blackerby. In August 2023, we gave them a $20,000 deposit to begin construction on our pool with the understanding that work would start in March 2024. From the start, communication was awful. Our questions went unanswered, and we were left in the dark about the progress of the project. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE. 5 months in and my pool is still not completed. I’ve had to contact a plaster company to complete my pool myself (even though I’ve already paid David to complete that portion) and have had to hire an attorney. There is no communication at all unless they are giving excuses. They ignore phone calls, text, and emails. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. These people will rob you!

Thanks for finally sending someone out to fix the leak found in our underwater umbrella hole (2 months ago). However, your guys advised us NOT to use the umbrella stand because it would just leak again. We specifically had this feature written into our contract plans so that we could have shade while in our pool. My Husband has sent text messages to David and called your office and has yet to receive a response on next steps to get this resolved. I've called myself as well and havent receive a call back. Our pool looks great! When we were getting quotes David price was a lot less than the other two. Plus we were getting pavers and salt system in our base price. We did upgrade and had David install a heater. Once the pool was started all went well. We never knew the day that work was scheduled. I would had preferred to know. But understand weather and other circumstances dictate when contractors are available. Our pool was completed in 4 months from when they first dug the hole. Home Paradise Pools LLC delivered excellent service. They did a very good job of explaining what needed to be done and showing me the progress as it was accomplished. I advise contacting Home Paradise Pools LLC.
