The new management and the owner are evicting people when they had verbal lease agreements with the prior manager. The owner never once had 0roblem with how it was ran and now he wants to kick people out because they are felons and if they have pets. Save your money this place is a joke. The owner said he'd work with us and he wont, they dont communicate with the residents at all.

well me and my wife lived there for 15 years and it was very nice and Quiet and clean. Debbie and Blane are very good management and would help even after hours And would live there again
