Home Outlet did a fantastic job helping me out this week. From Customer Service, to pricing to loading up. Huge shout out to Matt. Thank y’all so much for taking care of us.
Great customer service! Matt and Cody were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store, especially because of Matt and Cody!
I’m a stickler for good customer service and Cody could teach a master class. Very knowledgeable about the products and services that they offered. He was also very patient on some of the aspects that I didn’t understand and was able to explain them to me in terms I could understand. In fact, he saved me about three trips to other stores, Which also saved me a couple hundred bucks, and a couple hours of potential frustration. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
