The sales associates at Suplus Warehouse repeatedly lied to us about a window that they said would take 2 weeks to arrive and actually took over 6. They finally called the manufacturer after 5 weeks only to find out that they never received the order. They advertise the lowest prices in town, but its not worth it to save 10% and have to hold up a project for a month

Good prices, but inventory changes frequently. If you find something you want, you better buy it. Staff is very helpful.
