Al is a fabulous real estate agent to work with. Incredibly helpful, professional, and very experienced in the Metro Detroit real estate market. I could not recommend him more. Worst realtor to deal with. I had a deal pending a deposit and first month's rent being dropped off, and come to find out they decided to go with someone else. Alan did not notify us, call us, or say anything until I reached out to schedule the closing. Very unprofessional. The least he could've done was notify us but he didn't even have the common courtesy to do so. Instead he blamed the client for going with someone else. So yes, Alan is a terrible realtor to deal with unless you want to end up getting screwed over.
