This place is incredible, I honestly don’t know anyone else giving this level of service
Hey home office. When you post that you’re open at 8 am, and we walk a mile to get to you with our two huge suitcases through downtown Seattle, it’s pretty frustrating to get to your door to find you actually open at 10 am. Update: they replied, which indicates they care and I appreciate that. Please update your hours of operation on the various luggage storage search engines.
We used this place for storing our luggage through Bounce and we had absolutely amazing customer service from Nick. Highly, highly recommend. There’s still good people out there!
They charged me more than usual to ship a USPS package worth $200 and lost it
