The office & Dentist was very nice and pleasant and just as well as the staff hoping to see them again.
Dr. Malcolm Walters is the best dentist in town. Him and his staff have always been professional and provide a clean, welcoming environment. I have had several dental services performed by Dr. Walters and his staff over the last few years. I was a new client during the COVID-19 pandemic. His office staff have had several dramatic changes over the years. Unfortunately, Dr. Walters and his staff’s performances became subpar, with a lack of professionalism and poor customer service, and my teeth suffered.
