People please don't do any business with Home Network Realty, I went through this company and rented a house , I didn't have any issues with the property because I took the time to find out who the actual owners because he would not provide the information however, the owners were wonderful people who actually took pride in their renters and their property. This business is horrible!! They treat potential tenants like trash. The owner ******* is rude and only likes to text. Meanwhile the fat guy in the office speaks to people through a cracked window instead of letting you in the office. Also they dont fix up their properties. Several stains on carpet, trash and crumbs left on the kitchen stove. Stains were major and owner told me they are supposed to be there. I moved into our townhome January of 2019, when we did a walk through of the house we took pictures of everything that had not been fixed prior to us moving in. That included our broken dishwasher, roaches, broken fence, leaking sink, master toilet is not caulked to the ground so it leaks and twists, our carpets were not cleaned or replaced. This company is a rip off. I went 3 and a half weeks without air conditioning due to the property manager not wanting to come out and fix it as stated in the lease that it was his responsibility. They have money set aside for issues like this but because this is a money hungry company they'll do anything to make it seem like the issue is your responsibility..I eventually had to pay a technician out of my own pocket to fix the issues that was not stated in my lease. Home Network Realty is in the business of scamming people. They are an LLC owned by a single entity with silent investors being managed very poorly. I suggest that all of your file your complaints here on the BBB as well as with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau so that this business can be shut down. I was with another company when my lease was sold to HNR. At that time I was instructed to follow my signed lease which ended in February 2015. 2 weeks prior to that end date, the company dropped off a letter on my door ... read more
