Years ago I was in a tough financial situation and needed a 2nd mortgage. Although they did provide this, the rate was over 13% and Greg personally charged an absolutely insane broker fee ($5000 on an 80k loan), then last minute demanded I pay for a hotel stay for him and his partner so they could have a little vacation.... the whole experience sucked.
