Carl helped me get this truck, he got on it as soon as I contacted him, within the hour of filling out my application on line, he had a deal ready for me, all I had to do was go to the dealership and test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork, I give them a 5 star
Friendly service, helpful people, in and out in less than 2 hours
I explained that I live over 2 hours away, and I was interested in a particular car. Sales person Bill failed to respond to my inquiry. When I reached out to him, told me that the car was gone.

Took 3-1/2 to 4 hrs with no paperwork. But they did deliver later at night to my door, some 40 miles away.
Had an appt to drive car Monday morning at 10:00. Left our house at 8:45 for the one hour drive. Received email at 9:15 that the car had been sold on Sunday. Needed that email on Sunday, not Monday morning.
