They sent the wrong coding to the insurance and with several calls with the CUSTOMER service rep, who was rude and disconcerned with my issue and continuity talked over me as if she had no time to hear my issue. They put the mishap onto the insurance company, who advised me that the bill was not properly submitted but their CUSTOMER service rep was not concerned with the problem that they had caused me, the customer.
