What a rip-off! They constantly call for reorders of supplies when you don’t need them. So the one time you do order them Home Medical Express sends the incorrect size. Then you call to get the correct one, they say they can’t send another one in the correct for 3 months under Medicare, so you either do without or make due with the wrong size! Atrocious customer service!

Their billing and customer service is terrible! It’s always a major hassle to reorder supplies or receive any sort of follow through from their customer service department.

Worse experience ever they’ve only sent me 2 filters out of ten. Kept saying I wasn’t compliant even tho my dream mapper says I used it at 97.2 percent they haven’t been billing my insurance and keep threatening to take my machine. My insurance had called them many time and we eventually had to switch to a different company. I would never use them again EVER

Very poor customer service, I do not understand why any doctor would recommend them. Would love to get contact info for upper management. Some guy Mario would not even give me his last name over the phone ...many of the employees are simply clueless, they over-promise but don't deliver

The people at home medical express are super nice and extremely helpful. We needed a pediatric wheelchair on sort notice and they came through quickly and with unusually nice customer service!
