I have owned high end HD projectors & audio equipment since 1998. Chris was fantastic! He listened to our needs, didn’t try to upsell us, and delivered a thorough, professional job. Couldn’t be happier with the results! I only wish that I had found them 8 years ago. We have had two other companies do such poor work before we discovered Home Media Designs.
These folks are absolutely top notch. We were having problems with our home media system. We have a complicated sound system that includes 11 speakers and several amps,…. The system had begun to fail more and more frequently. HMD sent two expert media tech gentlemen to identify the problem and clean up what had become a cable management nightmare. Getting 5 stars is easy for a business when they perform like Home Media Designs. It’s as simple as a price: value ratio rating. I had a budget in mind and I had an outcome in mind. They met my budget and exceeded my outcome. The installation of our Internet cabling and hot spots, background sound, theater sound and TVs was tidy, well executed. The sound is great and I’m sure if had we had a higher budget would have been off the charts. Post install service has been responsive and professional. Highly recommend!
Home Media Designs were stellar in their approach to our new condo needs for audio and visual. Loved the technician and point person PJ and Chris who went above and beyond in their customer service to be professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and thoughtful about the install and our new home. Really worth the investment, so very pleased with the outcome!
