Never deal with this company. They use unethical business practices to cheat you. Be careful they use VRBO to list houses and I am sure others. The only thing you will get from this company is cheated. Look at my google review history for me. You will tell from my profile I don’t just write bad reviews not deserved. Incase it doesn’t show my name Toby Giangrande.
If you value ethical transactions and business dealings then you would not want to go with Home/Max Properties. They accepted an offer on one of their homes, which they knew was already under contract. Allowed us to have a home inspection and then a week later cancel without any explanation besides the first contract stands. Rasa understood our tight time frame as we were closing on our current home in four weeks and needed to find a new home.
