A few years back We awarded Home Matters to do a remodel/repairs of extensive damage/mold found in a room. Things from the quoting to construction went great. Fast forward to a few months ago when we noticed our family was getting sick and me sneezing extensively in the room. The culprit being the area of repairs. Mold was found growing throughout and never fully mitigated, the wood rot they never replaced was worse off to a point you could feel siding.
