After we settled on two caregivers all went great! The scheduler needs to inform the client at the earliest of any interruptions of the usual caregivers schedule. She should NOT just send a stranger to my door without first informing me.
The home care folks were very attentive to my father. The manager was super friendly and wonderful to work with. The care of my father came first to them and it gave me some peace of mind while he was by himself.
Sandy was a wonderful caregiver. She went above and beyond her duties. She took such great care of Joan in her final days. She made sure all her needs and more were met in a timely manner. In addition, she cleaned and organized an apartment that was very messy. This was extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. I would recommend Sandy to anyone.
I want to thank Resty and Ariana for taking such good care of my sister Kathy. They both deserve 5 stars. Homecare is very fortunate to have such wonderful caregivers that put the clients needs first.
