The maid staff is very unprofessional. We used this service for more than a month thinking that they would get better, but they didn't. The cleaning teams were rude and carried on perverse conversations while I was in the room or adjacent room. There are better cleaning services that are professional and will likely have a lower weekly rate. This has been my experience. I switched to a national firm who is $15.00 cheaper per week. Teresa is the owner-incredibly unprofessional! At our first consultation she expressed several times that if we ever had any concerns with the cleaning service to let her know! I expressed some concerns and she accused me of "looking" for things that they had damaged. She stated my complaints were things that had been there but I only noticed "after" they started cleaning my home.
