Absolutely awful basically had two lady’s show up to my moms house for a deep clean and they basically didn’t do anything besides use MY products, paper towels and my own vacuum. They were suppose to clean out the fridge and kitchen cabinets but didn’t do so. They basically just kept talking and saying they speak no English but then would speak to each other. Oksana sent her team to our home to clean after we had movers come in and after we had half of our house painted and other work done. Her team did an amazing job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company for cleaning.
We ordered a move-in cleaning service for a house that was already relatively clean after a move-out cleaning but we needed windows, radiators, baths, cabinets and the stove to be perfectly clean. Two cleaners arrived, Luba and Luba. They were left unattended for 3 hours since we had to take care of some other stuff. When we came back they were only "finishing" the second floor where they began and were asked to clean a bath and a family room.
