Here's an updated version of your review: This place is a gem! The building is spotless, and the management is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym is top-notch. It's a bonus that they have a party hall, and it's awesome that they're cat-friendly! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the rent is budget-friendly. Highly recommend this place!
In 2 years of living in this apartment, I have never seen a clean fitness room, always very nasty, a lot of dust, and a lot of hair on the floor, and never have disinfection wipes. Given the rental price, they could clean the fitness room at least once a month. I think this is a problem of a manager who clearly does not cope with his duties, even if he cannot solve such problems.
Nice apartments and good location
I've lived in this building for over a year. My only complaint is no AC. Our unit has a beautiful view, very quiet and friendly neighbours.
Lived here for a year. Best view in Halifax. Clean buildings, good gym, staff is friendly, and our cats love it.
