Initially everything was great. The loan officer was very informative about their process. I explained that I had student loan debt and my DTI was high. The LO convinced me to just start the process and even if they couldn't approve me I'd know what I needed to work on. So, I started the process. So I put earnest money down and paid for inspection. Then I stop hearing from the mortgage company. I message one of the employees and she says she no longer works for the company. No one responds. They supposedly decided to go with a different mortgage company and just left me hanging. So now I am dealing with some woman in Texas who is handling my loan, but is not responsive. At first it was really good service now I can't get anyone to call me back oror I me know what's going on, I'm about to give up on these people and go to union mortgage here where I live. Maybe I'll get better results.
Our experience was perfect! They were all very helpful and figured out a way to solve all our problems quickly and effectively! Would definately recommend them to any first time home buyer!
