My experiences with Home Loan could not be better. I have dealt with Alma and Samantha so far - both are very courteous, knowledgeable of the product line, and efficient. I have received personal service at this bank as compared to other banks where I have to call its 800 number and wait days for an answer. The interest rates offered by Home Loan exceed other banks.
terrible service the auto loan department sucks they do not return calls. This is on a loan I have paid off. I can guarantee they would be hunting me down if i owed them money.
