Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They should be shut down. Their website was broken for four years requiring me to sign in as guest to pay my bill and physically mail my payoff for my car in despite making every other payment digitally. Sometimes their system didn't work and I had to call. They had to nerve to report multiple instances of over 30 days to my credit MONTHS after closing the account when most of the time it was due to their technical issues.
Horrible customer service.
Awful bank, service sucks will not give title , they should be shut down
