all inclusive There is good and bad at this complex. The rent is very reasonable and includes all but cable and phone. My daughter in law had a 2 BR but it was not spacious at all. Of course you are so close to every other neighbor, you hope that they are on the quiet side. She wasn't so lucky. All in all it was a good place to start out and give a chance to save up money.
apts the apartments were clean and well maintained. the neighbors were quiet and respectful of other tenants. rent was very affordable with all utilities included.
