This company did the mortgage for the people buying our house. They waiting until the Friday before the Monday of closing to get an appraisal. Three days have past since our missed closing date and we still have no answers as to when they will be able to actually closed and now come to find out they don't even have all the paperwork together from the buyers. Would not recommend ever using this company.
