Home Leisure is great - I highly recommend them. I bought a house that had a spa that was a few years old, and had several problems. After attempting to get help from several companies that were close to my house, and getting little or no response, I widened my radius and contacted Home Leisure. They were outstanding to work with, and got my spa fixed. It seems like they are a very small operation, and rather than being a problem it makes them very personally engaged and responsive. Hours are always listed the same , yet I’ve gone 4 times , all different days and times and the store is never ever opened.
We purchased our hot tub through another company of which has not been very helpful with a few issues that we’ve had. Thankfully Home Leisure has been a great company to work with. I only wish we had bought our hot tub through them. They’ve been responsive, helpful and very prompt with our repairs and needs. Any future business will be with them for sure!
