Owego Square We’re on our 3rd property manager in less than 2 years. Now they’re bringing back the one that used to walk out of the building crying every night. The upper management seems to be completely overwhelmed or just incompetent. The maintenance staff consists of a former pizza maker and a guy who may or may not know a thing or two if he was ever around. I almost fell through a floor they deemed "safe" today, do not trust home leasing, customer or subcontractor.
Don’t work for them if you expect training in Pa. You will not get it.
