Extremely negative renting experience. The property manager refused to hire any professional help to fix issues within the house. Repeatedly hired "handy men" that would simply apply bandaid fixes that would break shortly after put in place, or not show up at all. When we moved out, we cleaned everything to the property manager's specifications. The most negative renting experience I've ever had. This person didn't show up for our lease signing, never once arranged for anything to be fixed in the 2.5 years we lived in the property, did not provide us with smoke detectors after saying they would, among other things. Our landlord wrote a letter of recommendation for us that this person didn't pass along to us until over a month after they originally received it. I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with this business. I have been trying to communicate with Home Lease Pros for over eight months with absolutely no response. They have neglected to return my security deposit. No response via text messages, phone calls, emails, or certified mail. A call was once returned and when I mentioned my name I was hung up on. It is unfortunate that I am required to issue one "star" in order to post this review.
