I used Title HQ. The first time I was selling a home. My only other experience was when I purchased the same home about eight years ago. The new buyer was the first time homebuyer and Angie took time to explain documents and the process of everything both to the buyer and to me. It was refreshing to see someone take the time to explain things and not just rush everyone through the signing. Thanks Angie you did an excellent job and I would definitely use Title HQ again and recommend them to anyone.

Bill at Title HQ was top-notch for us. We actually endured a very clustered, lack of information, rushed closing on the property we purchased due to the lender we used. The lending "team" had not kept up with any of majority of the information we had sent them and ironically as we are sitting at the closing table things became apparent that they were not doing their part. This company shows great service and follow up, right from the start. Rebecca is great, amazing follow up and certainly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
