We have been selling these HK double hungs for a few years and we are very happy with their products .

Over the last 4 and 1/2 years we have put in over 1200 of these replacement windows in 4 apartment communities in central Virginia. So far we have not had a problem with any of the windows. They close easily and smoothly, they do not let any air through, the locks are good quality and the double panes have not yet broken a seal. The tenants like them and they have lowered their electric bills. We got them through a dealer in Roanoke without any delays or problems. Overall, I would buy them again, no hesitation.
