Kristopher bought my parents house as an "as-is" home then had his wife act as their real estate agent in finding a new home. Thought offer was fair and Alicia helped them find a great home. I purchased a home that was remodeled by this company, and they did not do a good job with many details. However, the biggest issue was that there was a horrrible smell (septic) coming from one of our bathrooms. We had multiple plumbers out to try to identify the source. After running out of options, I finally had to tear out drywall to find the cause. We just left closing on our house and I want to write about my experience. For starters, our house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house that we have rented out for about 15 years. We have tried to keep up with it, however, the renters that have been there since 2014 destroyed the house and we just could not afford to repair anything. SAD SITUATION TURNED WONDERFUL THANKS TO THIS COMPANY. I was put in charge of my dads property when his health took a turn for the worse. Unfortunately the house was in such disrepair that the real estate agent I called wanted to me update and replace everything, which I could not afford.
