For the last 4 years Home Instead walked along side my Mom providing her the best care possible. They did so with gentleness, respect, and affection. I recently required care for two weeks and called Home Instead a month earlier. I was put in touch with Lauren the Community Partnership Manager. Lauren came to our home and immediately, upon meeting her I felt at ease. She was very friendly, kind, sensitive and really listened. She was very thorough, making sure she fully understood my care needs and concerns. We used Homeinstead for my mother who had dementia. The caregivers were well trained and I felt safe leaving them with my mom.
