I reached out to Home Instead in order to secure overnight care for a friend’s Mum who was in the hospital in North Vancouver. Selena was very quick to respond, and Fiona was able to organize everything for us at short notice. Melanie, our carer, was extremely helpful, and made my friend’s Mum feel safe. We've been a client of Home Instead for my 87-year-old mother for a year now as we are very pleased with the service and care.
