I want to thank Home Instead for taking care of my grandmother the last two years. We were lucky enough to have Shelby Sorrells as our main caregiver and she had such a special bond with my grandmother. She has a gentle, sweet soul that made her the perfect fit for our family. I hope Home Instead recognizes the talent she has and does everything in their power to compensate her fairly and keep her on board to touch other people’s lives the way she touched ours.
We've been using Home Instead for quite sometime now. We just went through an end of life event which was supported by their staff. They were wonderful, loving and caring. It was so nice having people like that to help during this difficult time. Special thanks to Shelby, Donna, Jennifer!

I have been with this company for a first time and find the home care assistance to be very good. My caregiver is self motivated and kind. When given instructions of needs she works very hard to accomplish given tasks. Amanda currently cares for me and my needs. She is a wonderfully pleasant and sweet woman. She constantly inquires if I have other needs that she can do for me, etc..
