At 81 years of age I Have been a Home Instead Client for almost 3 years after my acute COVID Vaccine Injury. My Treatment has been provided by the Veterans Administration Community Care Network (CCN). My Wife had passed in 2010 and My Housekeeper had passed after a 3 year battle from Cancer in 2024. My current Caregivers are Excellent and keep me going every week with 13 hours onsite with me over 4 days. I want to thank Home Instead for taking care of my grandmother the last two years. We were lucky enough to have Shelby Sorrells as our main caregiver and she had such a special bond with my grandmother. She has a gentle, sweet soul that made her the perfect fit for our family. I hope Home Instead recognizes the talent she has and does everything in their power to compensate her fairly and keep her on board to touch other people’s lives the way she touched ours.
We've been using Home Instead for quite sometime now. We just went through an end of life event which was supported by their staff. They were wonderful, loving and caring. It was so nice having people like that to help during this difficult time. Special thanks to Shelby, Donna, Jennifer!
