The ladies that cared for my mother for the last year of her life treated my mom as if she were one of their family members. For some reason two of them were fired less than two months after my mom passed. I guess Home Instead no longer wants caring, dedicated caregivers to look after their clients.
While I was in training to be a caregiver, Jane Kowalski RN was the best instructor and teacher, she has such a wealth of knowledge from her years of experience nursing and she makes you feel at ease during testing. She welcomes questions and comes back with an example that makes the answer clear and so much easier to understand. She is an integral part of the team here at Home Instead and lights our world with her candle. ~Charity Brown HHA
This is an absolutely outstanding company!! The compassion they. Have for helping their patients goes well beyond 5 stars!!!! I’d especially like to point out Samantha. I have personally worked with her and she works so hard to make sure everything is taken care of with the clients. And she is always polite.. she is one of the most kind people I’ve ever spoken to in this field they are very lucky to have her on their team! Home Instead is definitely a place to look into if you have a loved one who needs some extra tlc!!!!
Home instead did a wonderful job helping out a family friend of ours who is in need of help after a major surgery. Their staff was punctual, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure that our loved one was comfortable.
