My caregiver Millie is fantastic, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and encourages me every time she comes to my home for a shift. I could not ask for a better person than Millie! Millie takes pride in everything that she does for me. I truly wish I could give her more than five stars!
My Care Pro Fariel is a wonderful person, very efficient and always a happy greeting when she arrives. She has my best interest at heart and in mind. Which I appreciate greatly. My parents absolutely love Faith who works for Home Instead!!! She not only helps them with cleaning, preparing meals, etc., but has been encouraging my father to walk. He has MD and has been in a wheelchair for a while now. She has been making sure that he does a few laps walking up and down the hall with his rollator so that he does not lose the ability to walk. She is also extremely kind and my parents love chatting with her. Thank you so much Faith!!!
I have been using Honor/Home Instead in St Augustine since December 2022 to help care for my husband. I have always had great care pros but my two current care pros are my favorite. Pam and Glenn have become like family to me. They care for my husband like he is their father or uncle. I am blessed to have found these two people and feel they are the reason my husband has defied the doctors predictions!
Cecelia with Home Instead is doing an amazing job with my 89 year old dad. He absolutely adores her. They go on their short walks and do their exercises together every visit. Seeing my dad laugh and communicate with Cecelia makes my heart melt! Thank you for alllllllllllll you do!
