Veronica is a wonderful home health aide attentive, kind, and always engaging my mom in warm conversation. Her presence makes a real difference. Home Instead has been a reliable agency, and we feel fortunate to have been matched with Veronica.
Very professional outfit with 24 hour customer care. Home Instead takes care of my 90 year old mom 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They help her start the day, prepare breakfast and lunch, make sure her pills are taken, regulate household temperature, perform certain cleanup, make sure her food supply is adequate, retrieve the mail, take her to the doctor and physical therapy, help with personal hygiene, and field communications with us.
