So far my experience with the staff has been great since transferring to Home Instead. Their team has been helpful since the switch and great when I need to change hours throughout the week and of course I can't leave out my caregiver Aryn, she's the person I always want to have taking care of me! Always helpful and kind and there for when I need her. Any time I have an issue or a day where I'm moving slower because I'm in more pain, she's always there to assist me. This is Robert Skibbe from Mountain Home. 3-years ago I sent a 5-star review to Home Instead and today I would sent a 10-Star review if possible to Micaela. Today is my 83rd Birthday and because of Micela and my other Home Instead aides I can still be comfortable and happy living at home. So first and foremost, this was a very awkward thing to have happened to me someone coming to my home and helping me. It was very hard as a man to accept that. Through the weeks that we’ve had Miss Morgan, my girlfriend and I have not had to do anything. My Mother who has Alzheimer's had care from Home Instead for about a year. They had reached out to me to help with any issues until recently. A care coordinator I had never spoke with called me to "suspend" my mother's services in the middle of the month. Instead of leaving it there, they called my father (who has dementia) and upset him and my mother with unfair allegations ending in my father canceling their services.
