Carol, in particular, was incredibly attentive and patient as we navigated the challenges of introducing, identifying and accepting home care for my parents. She was able to help us secure the most amazing caretaker, Lisa, who has been a huge gift to our family. They also helped us manage the logistics of working with the VA to get coverage for the care.
