We had Home Instead for our dad, albeit a very brief time; however, the service we received was outstanding! We had a very caring and sweet caretaker that my dad felt very comfortable with. I highly recommend this agency!

We used Home Instead for our mom while she was recovering from a lengthy hospital stay. Every one of the staff members was excellent. The caregivers were well trained, kind and professional. Our case manager would check in with us regularly and responded to our requests and needs quickly. I highly recommend using Home Instead for short term or long term care.

I interviewed there before becoming a cna. They asked ALL applicants to pay for their own orientation supplies, their own drug test, and I was told to not expect a paycheck UNTIL I had paid for my drug test, orientation manual and uniform and other "supplies". Was told I'd have to become a scheduling 'favorite ' and then to "sell myself to the scheduler" in order to get hours.
